SHIPPING & RETURNS

Postage is automatically calculated at Checkout once you select your postcode.

The base postage rate plus the weight of the parcel and also the location of where the parcel is being sent.

For orders that are 22 kilograms or greater the shipping cost will be add after the completion of the order. We will advise the customer by email of the additional postage costs by email within 48hrs.

All orders will processed within 2-3 days after the payment has been received providing sufficient stock is on hand.

All orders are shipped on Wednesdays only. Orders placed on Wednesdays after 9.00am will be sent on the next shipping day.

Returns are only available under the following conditions:-

Any short deliveries, incorrect supply or faulty goods must be notified by email within 48 hours of receipt. Products will only be accepted for a credit/replacement or refund if authorized by us.

The cost of return postage is at the cost of the customer. Credits, replacements or refunds will be issued when the item is returned and inspected by us.

Loss or Damage of Goods in Transit

Shipping Cost does not include Insurance.

Whilst all care is taken when packing and sending items, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If your package does not arrive we will ask the relevant freight carrier to investigate.
